ABOUT YOU
Yes you! Therapy is all about you. When you come to the therapy and sit on that couch across from me, or on the other side of my computer screen, everything revolves around you and you become the center of the universe. From that moment on, all my attention and intentions are focused on helping you to have a better understanding of yourself and your surroundings. You might come to therapy for different reasons for example, something is not working for you as the way you expected it, you are stuck in a situation and you don't know what the right decision is, you are too harsh on yourself when you make a mistake, you want to say more or stand up for yourself but you hold back, you worry too much about how people judge you and often wonder if they even like you. You might feel depressed, hopeless, anxious, angry, heartbroken or miserable but you are smart enough to know that repressing your feelings doesn’t make them go away. You might be struggling in some areas of your life such as your relationships with your spouse, parents, kids, coworker and even yourself or you are going through addiction and illness. You deserve to be happy but those frustrating loose ends prevent you from feeling your best. It is admirable to be willing to get out of your comfort zone and change. It takes courage to be open minded and seek help when you need it. Obviously, there is no garanteed outcome but I can promise you that I would never judge you, put you down, discriminate you, nor blame you in any circumstances. It is my goal to understand you and help you to gain a deeper awareness of yourself and the world around you. YOU and I will work together and make things better.

We Are On The Same Team
ABOUT ME
You know the type of therapists they show on TV or in the movies? The therapists who only ask you, “how does that make you feel?” and you feel like you are talking to the wall? Well, I am definitely not that type of therapist! I am real, honest and friendly with a sense of humor. Therapy is my passion and I practice it with all my heart. There is nothing in this world that I would rather do, than doing therapy. I have a big heart and I am a people's person who is a good listener, non-judgmental and unbiased towards any specific group, age, gender, cultural background or nationalities. In fact, I am an immigrant myself who had lived in different parts of the world and experienced the beauty of different cultures. I am very active in therapy sessions, meaning that I constantly provide you with feedbacks and help you to lay all the puzzle pieces of your life back together in a way that would make sense to you. We’ll look at the things that are holding you back and will create plans to overcome the barriers one by one. You will experience lots of AHA moments in therapy with me. I will help you to understand the reasons behind your actions and feelings with techniques based on research such as methods of cognitive behavioral therapy and Mindfulness. My goal of therapy is to help you think based on real facts and not based on your bad experiences, rough childhood or past traumas. I help you to reach your potential of being the best version of yourself. Are you ready for that?
